work and moving
Things have gone really well with work, I'm the boss. (which i like saying) I've hired 3 girls, to work with me, they all seem really nice so I hope all works well. I have one full time person besides myself, so we're trying to get alot of hours in between the two of us, and my part-time people they work on the weekends. I'm gradually learning what I'm supost to know, and I'm doing alot of learning as i go. I really like working with Nadine, and Abby so far, their funny and easy going, the 3 other girls i work work with i haven't really gotten to know well. One just started today and i had thought she worked at 9:30 with me so when i called her i was ticked b/c she was late but then when i was talking with her i realized she started at 12, oops haha sorry. so today went well, i got alot of boxes close to closing, and i did one piercing. oh oh i forgot to tell you this one day i had to pierce a baby's ears. I felt so bad b/c i had to do one ear at a time instead of two people doing it at once. it was awful. the little girl cried so much. But that's what the other wanted who was i to say she shouldn't make her 10 month old daughter get her ears pierced. but the stress from the piercing was not worth the dollar of I got as a bounce for doing the job.
so this past weekend i was looking for apartments to move into b/c I'm so tired of living with Ryan or anyone for that matter, so i was looking fr other places to live. so i thought i'd found this real nice one, it was two bedroom, with 5 appliances and was minutes away from downtown. and it was only $600 the guy who as renting it said he was a missionary in west africa, and was renting the apartment for charity purposes, and asked me to take care of the plce for him. I was like sure will do, for $600 in a nice part of town. but when i shared my good news with my family, Dwayne called me and told me that is was a guy trying to scame me out of my money, b/c i had to end him money before i get the keys. and thinking about it now that would make sence, but i really wanted the place but i took my borthers warnings and stopped talking to the guy, and starting looking else where for apartments to live in.
Lee ended up finding this really nice one, its a one bedroom for $695 but its got a dishwasher, and a deck, so we can get a BBQ and stuff, which lee's pretty excited about. the space is pretty big, and the area we'll live in its pretty much like a big comunity, like they have contest for the cutest cat, or which apartment decorates their deck better for christmas (b/c every apartment has decks) oh and we're getting $500 of our first month rent b/c their giving that as a moving expenise, plus we get our name in a hat, so if our name is picked we get 6 months free. Which would also be nice. We're packing up our stuff this week and plan to move out the end of this month, we can start moving stuff in the 25 of this month which we'll end up doing but we wont move the big stuff until the last day when we rent a U-haul.
exciting stuff, i'm looking farward to moving and more so not living with Ryan anymore oh yea and at some point im going to get treep a harnis so he can come out on the deck with me, he might like it outside, who knows we'll see.
